I upgraded my application to VB 2010, after running CRforVS_13_0_3.exe, adding useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy='True' to the Startup tag in the app.config, and changing the Target Framework in Advanced Compile Settings to. It is actually my intent to upgrade from VB 2008 from VB 2010, including the upgrade of Crystal to what looks to me to be a 2010 version of Crystal Reports (13.0). I appreciate the suggestion but I do not completely understand. 0 version for the Crystal references cause a problem and, if so, how can I fix them?

The upgraded application runs in debug but, when I create the Setup I have installed VB 2010 and CRforVS_13_0_3.exe so that I can upgrade my VB 2008 application and the Setup Project for it.
